NARPO, along with our Later Life Ambitions partners, has written to the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport, to urge the government to continue funding the TV licence concession for over-75s.
Last year the BBC launched a consultation about how to fund the TV licence fee for over 75s. Free TV licences for this age group are currently financed by a government scheme which is due to end in 2020.
