This peer-led resource will provide guidance and support for future generations of officers as they navigate their own retirement journey.
You can participate if:
You have served in and are now retired from the UK police force.

Media narratives
The University of Bradford are offering the option to share your personal story via audio or video to create a lasting archive of lived experience.
What’s involved
Participation involves an online survey (15 minutes) covering basic demographics, your policing career, and reflections on your transition to civilian life.
You are free to respond only to the questions you feel comfortable answering and may leave others blank. At the end of the survey, you will have the optional opportunity to provide an email address if you wish to be contacted for the paid media phase, which include either an audio interview (£25 Amazon voucher) or a professionally filmed narrative session (£80 Amazon voucher).
Your survey responses will remain confidential, and providing contact details for these paid phases is entirely voluntary.
