Starting this September, the University of East London will be offering an online BSc (Hons) Policing Studies for individuals with policing experience who wish to build on their professional knowledge through structured, evidence-based learning.
The programme is particularly suited to retired officers looking to formalise their experience with an academic qualification, support ongoing professional development or pursue new opportunities in related fields.
Lectures are delivered one evening per week (Wednesdays, 6:00pm–9:00pm during term time) and are fully recorded, allowing flexible and convenient catch-up alongside other commitments.
This flexible, fully online degree, enables study alongside personal and professional commitments, making it accessible at any stage following retirement.
A September start date means an excellent opportunity for members who may wish to enhance their qualifications and reflect on their policing careers within an academic framework.
