NARPO – The voice of retired police officers

NARPO is pleased to support The Beat Goes On, an important new research project being carried out by the University of Bradford exploring the long-term impact of police service on health, wellbeing, and life after retirement. This study offers a valuable opportunity for retired officers to ensure that their experiences, challenges, and perspectives help shape future understanding, support, and policy for those who follow in our footsteps.

We strongly encourage all eligible members to take part. By contributing to this research, you will be helping to build a clearer picture of the realities faced by retired police officers—something only you can provide. Your voice matters, and your participation will help inform better support for both current and future generations of officers.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and share it with other retired colleagues who may also wish to be involved. Together, we can make a meaningful difference.
