As the leading provider of road safety training and driver risk management we have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience working in a UK Police force at a senior level to join our Management Team on a consultancy basis (outside IR35) to provide leadership and governance within our contract areas in the south of England for Police and Court referred programmes of the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) which we deliver virtually (over Zoom) and in classroom to over 750,000 drivers every year.

You will be responsible for cultivating trusted relationships with key stakeholders within each Force and supporting our Head of Police during contract review meetings by ensuring compliance with our contract terms and high service delivery standards through our course venues, syllabus delivery and efficient delegate capacity by working closely with our internal Quality Assurance processes, Trainer Services department and operational teams to ensure TTC remain compliant, deliver exceptional service and stays innovative and ahead of future developments.

You will provide expertise in areas such as policing, diversity, equality and inclusion, OOC interventions and other local/national initiatives such as Welsh language promotion. You will also attend meetings with third parties such as Vision Zero partnerships, Youth Justice Teams and OPCCs to proactively promote our services and integrate TTC into regional road safety strategies, thereby expanding contracts and business opportunities and enhancing the company’s profile.

In return for your passion and enthusiasm to help make our roads a safer place, we offer day rates at £275 with travel allowances and the ability to have a wide-ranging impact on thousands of road users every year. This role is on a consultancy/freelance basis outside of IR35, likely requiring 2/3 days a week, albeit with the flexibility to manage your own diary at a time and frequency to fit you. One-stage, virtual interviews are planned to take place throughout July with our Head of Police and Service Delivery Director, with start dates as soon as possible after.
