Job Opportunity: Drug and Alcohol Collection Technician

SYNLAB Laboratory Services is a leading provider of drug and alcohol testing, and we are looking for a dedicated, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Drug and Alcohol Collection Technician. The Role:
As a Drug and Alcohol Collection Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering SYNLAB’s services. You will:
- Conduct drug and alcohol tests using, breath, urine, and saliva samples in compliance with EWDTS guidelines and Network Rail Chain of Custody procedures.
- Accurately manage data and ensure adherence to GDPR standards.
- Use both paper and digital platforms to record and process test results.
- Respond to callouts promptly, providing a 2-hour turnaround service from the time of booking.
- Promote SYNLAB’s services by demonstrating professionalism and accuracy in all interactions.
- Provide ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the employee experience.
What You Need:
- A full driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
- A commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and SYNLAB’s Code of Conduct.
- The ability to manage your time effectively and work flexibly.
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to contribute to service improvements.
