Hearing Star delivers a private audiology hearing aid service exclusively in partnership with public sector organisations. Hearing Star’s services are for members only, private and not available to the public. They do not advertise to the general public and all enquiries are verified directly with NARPO. Hearing Star gifts profits to charitable causes each year and over £100k has been gifted since 2009. The majority of charitable funds have been donated to support police charities.
If you’re a NARPO member or serving police officer, you may access this very popular members service. The service is also available to civil servants via the CSPA and firefighters.

Coronavirus
Hearing Star is part of Solent Health, so many of the required standards in healthcare have been applied to this service. As such staff, have already been vaccinated against SARS Cov-19 and have access to the specialist chlorinated materials, masks and gloves. Additionally, this service was founded as a domiciliary service and remains a safe way to receive help with your hearing, away from small unventilated retail spaces that have a high volume of people using them.
