Madeleine’s patch

On the night of 13th December 2017, former Chief Superintendent Steve Parnwell’s wife Madeleine, a former Administration Clerk at Police HQs Stats. Department, was on her way home when her car inexplicably left the road and became submerged within a Fenland drain near their home at Warboys.

Madeleine was trapped. Despite evidence that she was trying to escape
she sadly drowned.
