Staffordshire NARPO will again be marking this occasion with a service at the National Memorial Arboretum, National Memorial Arboretum, Barley Green Lane, off A 513 Croxall Road, Alrewas, Staffordshire, DE13 7AR.
This year the short, informal service led by Reverend Brian Williams will be held in the area at the head of the designated memorial garden ‘The Beat’.
The 29th of September is the Christian Feast Day dedicated to St Michael and All Angels.
St Michael is the Patron Saint of Police Officers. Therefore, at 11:00am onwards on Sunday 29th September 2024, we will be meeting at the café of the Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, for a service at 12:00 noon at the head of ‘The Beat’, the arboretum area dedicated to police service.
It is there, that we will remember those officers of Staffordshire Police who have lost their lives on duty.

£4 if booked in advance, or £6 on the day per vehicle.
Allow time to walk from the car park, 400m. Disabled badge parking is closer if spaces are available.
