This year, we are inviting our members to explore the theme of Castles and Historic Houses.
This year, we invite our members to step back in time and explore the captivating theme of Castles and Historic Houses. From ancient ruins to grand historic strongholds, we want to see the places that bring Britain’s past to life. Whether your photograph captures the quiet dignity of a weathered castle wall or the grandeur of a well-preserved landmark, we look forward to seeing how you portray these timeless sites.
The top 12 photographs that best illustrate Castles and Historic Houses will be featured in the NARPO 2026 Calendar, and one outstanding entrant will receive our grand prize. We are delighted to announce that the winner of this year’s competition will receive a £500 high street
shopping voucher, generously provided by Police Care UK, our competition and calendar sponsor.
Police Care UK is a charity for serving and veteran police officers and staff, volunteers, and their families who have suffered any physical or psychological harm as a result of policing. If you would like to discuss the practical, emotional or financial support that Police Care UK can
potentially provide, please make a referral on their website at www.policecare.org.uk or call 0300 0120030 and ask to speak to a member of their team. The winner and 11 finalists will each feature in the NARPO 2026 Calendar and will receive a free copy.
