Welcome to NARPO Brighton and District
About Brighton and District Branch
Brighton and District NARPO is an active and thriving Branch with over 520 members and growing, mainly from the Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas but with many now living across Sussex and beyond even Bermuda! We normally have a busy social events diary with previous outings to see hit stage shows such as ABBA Voyage, visits to such places as Highclere Castle (of Downton Abbey fame) and a trip on the River Thames from Runnymede to Windsor. Then, in the summer of 2024 coach trip to see Moulin Rouge in London. In August 2023, following, we held a celebratory Summer Lunch for 100 of our members which proved a tremendous success and followed this with a similar Christmas Lunch. These have both been booked again for 2024 as they are so successful. There is something for everyone and we have tried to do more including an occasional visit to the Greyhound Stadium and but would welcome ideas or suggestions for other social gatherings such as an organised walk with lunch, an evening get together over fish and chips and a pint or maybe a weekend BBQ, now the lockdown has eased.
Our Newsletter ensures members are informed with local updates, important notices and events but, please see our main website at www.bdnarpo.co.uk for helpful and local information as well as details of any future planned events and outings.
